Other than Lithuania, Ireland is the country I have spent the most time in.  I lived there for over two months directing an action adventure show that was steeped in Irish Mythology.  I got a call from the Producer at 3AM one morning.  He asked if I could be on a plane to Ireland the next day.  Half asleep, I said sure.  I got there and stayed to direct six episodes, saw an amazing country and made amazing new friends.
